3.00pm - 6.00pmDay guests please meet in the arboretum at 2.45pm for a 3:00pm start.We will then have drinks and photos followed by a sit down lunch.FIESTA
6.00pm - 2.00amAll guests to meet in the woods for a toast and a boogie at 6pm. We will have a grazing table and drinks. Please bring a bottle if you can!

POOL PARTY
1.00pm - 6.00pmWe will be hosting a pool party from 1pm. We will be serving beers, soft drinks, hotdogs & salads.If you would like to bring any other drinks please do - we can keep them cool!For anyone staying over we thought a nice sunset walk and then karaoke in the woods for the eve!

Basingstoke Station from Waterloo - 50 minutes (if you catch the fast train!)
You will need to get a cab from the station. Alpha Cars are in the station but you must PRE-BOOK as they get booked out quickly. Black cabs are available from outside the station.

Please park in the field on the left at the top of Dundridge Lane. We have limited parking soaces so please carpool if you can! Half the field will be allocated for camping so please follow the signs. Do not park next to your tent.

There are two days of festivities Saturday & Sunday.
So you may want to book Monday off work!  

Bring a tent!
We are setting up a camp site in a field right next to the venue.
There will be toilets and showers available.

We have reserved 25x 5m Canvas bell tents for Saturday & Sunday night. They sleep 4 people. The tents will be erected and furnished ready for your arrival on Saturday.

They can come with beds, lights, furniture, bedding. There are different packages you can choose. It's about £300 for two nights for four people - which is £37.50 a night (BARGS). If you are coming alone and don't mind sharing we can match you up with some nice buddies to share the costs.Follow the link:

Just to note we will try ensure there are some taxis on call for the Saturday night however as the venue is so remote it may take a bit of time to get cabs! We would recommend pre booking.

We will  be serving beer and wine on Saturday until it runs out. So please bring a bottle if you can!We will be providing dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. Please bring snacks and supplies for all other meals.We are quite remote but there are a couple of pubs and cafes near by.There is a cafe on site called The Yard which is walking distance - we will reserve some tables outside. Please note this cafe will be very busy so there will be a long wait time on hot food.There are several cafes in the local village of Alresford which is a 12 minute drive away.If you are staying Sunday night we will try and make a pot of something and will provide some snacks in the eve.

Obviously bring your fabulous wedding lewks (outfit changes always welcome!). You might want a warm coat for the evening.The ground is quite uneven so do bring shoes you can walk around in.Don't forget your swimsuit and towel for the pool party. Bring a picnic blanket for lounging around too!
